At James Network we spcialize in Database Development and currently have an opening for a new project. We pride ourselves in our analysis, design, development, maintenance and support of browser based or stand alone software applications.

Our Project Guidelines:

Application Development:

· Perform the following activities: requirements definition, design, development, testing and implementation

· Gain necessary input/approval of requirements and design and participate in code reviews

· Ensure applications meet requirements and is error free

· Develop technical system documentation

· Build enterprise architectural and/or infrastructure components

· Ensure that applications meet the architectural standards

Production Support:

· Support the operations of existing applications

· When on call, we provide timely response and resolution of emergency production questions, issues and defects

· Adhere to a production support process

Application Maintenance:

· Work on periodic maintenance releases of applications, including enhancements and defects

· Look for ways to enhance design of application for better maintainability and software reuse

· Look for ways to incrementally improve the architecture of legacy systems

Business Alignment:

· Involve users in the development/maintenance of applications (e.g., requirements, testing) 

· Understand how users use their applications

· Anticipate users’ future needs when architecting solutions
