It seems that since the the criminal "Bush" instituted the "National Security Act" the incidents where citizens are beaten, tazed or brutalized has risen sharply.Finding acurate statistics is extremely hard to find. In most instances the process of filing a complaint was "unnecessarily difficult and often intimidating."
